The Role
You will handle cases from inception through resolution, including:
Case investigation and strategy development
Drafting complaints, motions, and written discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Arguing motions and participating in hearings
Direct client interaction
Collaborating with partners on litigation strategy
Trial preparation and participation in state and federal court

Qualifications
Required
Florida Bar admission
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
Preferred
Deposition and motion practice experience
Federal court exposure
Background in litigation-heavy environments (plaintiff or defense)
Graduated with honors undergrad or law school

Work Environment
This is a primarily remote position for candidates based in South Florida, with occasional in-person appearances as needed. Attorneys collaborate through regular team strategy meetings and ongoing mentorship.
