Litigation Attorney (Florida-Barred)

Remote (South Florida-Based) | $130K–$200K + Bonus

We’re looking for a litigation attorney who wants real responsibility, high-impact work, and a clear path to growth.

 
The Role

You will handle cases from inception through resolution, including:

• Case investigation and strategy development
• Drafting complaints, motions, and written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Arguing motions and participating in hearings
• Direct client interaction
• Collaborating with partners on litigation strategy
• Trial preparation and participation in state and federal court

Qualifications

Required

• Florida Bar admission
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills

Preferred

• Deposition and motion practice experience
• Federal court exposure
• Background in litigation-heavy environments (plaintiff or defense)
• Graduated with honors undergrad or law school

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $130,000 – $200,000
Performance-based bonus tied to contribution and results

Work Environment

This is a primarily remote position for candidates based in South Florida, with occasional in-person appearances as needed. Attorneys collaborate through regular team strategy meetings and ongoing mentorship.
