The Office Clerk is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
What you'll do here
Assists in the compilation, distribution, storage and archiving of study related documentation (may include controlled forms). Archiving. Photocopying, filing and file management. Maintain pertinent databases with up to date study information. Preparing conference rooms for client visits. Acts as a back-up to the receptionist as requested. Acts as SOP custodian as requested. What you'll need to succeed
High School Diploma completed. Able to follow direction and work well within a team. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have high attention to detail.
Candidate must be available between 25 and 37,5 hours per week.
