At De Castroverde, our thriving and expanding Personal Injury department is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Attorney to join our team.

In this role, you'll exclusively focus on intake work, dedicating your time to being the best at what you do. We won't burden you with additional responsibilities beyond providing top-notch service to our clients. Your primary goal? To listen, understand, and guide individuals through their legal journey with empathy and expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess the viability of personal injury claims.

- Listen attentively to clients' accounts of accidents or injuries and ask pertinent questions to gather necessary information.

- Analyze legal issues and assess the strengths and weaknesses of potential cases.

- Explain legal rights and options to clients in clear and understandable terms.

- Provide strategic legal advice and recommendations based on the specific circumstances of each case.

- Manage client expectations regarding potential outcomes, timelines, and legal fees.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case evaluations.

- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to review complex cases and develop case strategies.

- Stay informed about changes in personal injury law and legal precedents that may impact case evaluations.

- Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

De Castroverde Law Group has grown from three attorneys to over 20 attorneys and total team of over 100 employees. The firm was started by Cuban born, Waldo De Castorverde, and is now led by his sons Alex and Orlando. De Castroverde Law Group takes tremendous pride in treating each of their clients and team members like family. Our areas of practice are personal injury, immigration, and criminal defense. We currently have offices in Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, Reno, Dallas and Austin with plans to expand!

Requirements

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the Nevada state bar in good standing OR waiting on bar results

- Fluent in Spanish (MUST)

- Prior Personal Injury Experience preferred, but not required.
